- A emergency contact name and number for someone you know that we could contact in an emergency.
- if you have any conditions that we may have to be aware of during the course of your ride.
We Also recommend everyone carries ID, this can be an official document such as a driving license or a bespoke ID card such as One Life ID (starts from £5.99)
