Wanted: Easy Wheelers Leaders and assists
When: Saturdays (for the next few weeks)
Due to personal and professional engagements we’re short on Easy Wheelers leaders and assists, can you help and give something back to your club?
For around the next 6 weeks we’re going to struggle to operate these popular rides, so we’re looking for you, our members to step in.
Easy Wheelers are our introductory ride, where people start off, perhaps they’re returning to cycling, or maybe they’ve just got themselves a bike. It’s a easy paced, no drop introduction to cycling, they run on the quieter roads and are a lower mileage loop usually with a break in the middle, they’re to gain confidence, learn group riding skills as well as to make new friends and really get into cycling.
All we need is a few hours on a Saturday around lunchtime where you help out in the operation of these rides. please comment on this post if you can help, and when, or if you have any questions at all.
